The workshop includes:
- Everyone has an opportunity (if they wish) to share tips, ideas and their experiences having completed level one.
- We go deeper into the extraordinary art of positively connecting with the vitality & life force of real food. Even more awesome than level 1 (according to past attendees)!
- Intuitive Nutrition, begin to start experimenting with food and your inner guidance.
- Positive food preparation and why homemade foods taste so good.
- Water sustains all life, you will have the chance to discover waters extraordinary properties, be given new ideas on how to maximize the benefits of water and have some fun with experiments on the day. This information is not just about rehydrating this is so much more.
- Discover some of the most amazing foods for the first time and some ways to use them.
- Raw Food Diet, Cooked Food Diet or a Combination? This subject can inspire personal transformation in some people, we cover this subject together.
- Taste some of these amazing foods with samples, demonstrations, practical instructions and recipes.
