In our Food and Thrive Level 1 Workshop you begin to access information that will guide you towards discovering some of the most amazing foods ever. Nature provides us with miracles everyday and this workshop is were your inspirational food journey starts.


Level 1 gives you eye-opening and practical information that probably no one ever has. It will help you to cut through some of the confusion surrounding healthy eating. You will think of food in a totally different way and be able to implement new & positive changes into your life immediately.

The workshop includes:
  • How our connection to food, its production and sources have changed. 
  • You will be guided in the extraordinary art of positively connecting with the vitality & life force of real food. This is awesome (according to past attendees)!
  • Food facts & foods amazing abilities to nurture and heal.
  • Cutting through the confusion. Enlightening and empowering information on many of the foods and drink we consume everyday. Many surprises in store here!
  • Some Super foods that you wont want to be without, EVER!
  • Know and understand your nutritional needs. Get some tips on looking after yourself, no one knows you better than you!
  • Where to go from here? We discuss the possibilities of continuing to enrich your food and nutrition experience when you leave us.
WARNING: on the day you may have to consume one of the most amazing, nutrient rich foods ever…chocolate!
