When you are not having such a great day, for whatever reason, try this...It will work. 
It is IMPOSSIBLE to feel unhappy when you feel gratitude. If you find yourself feeling unhappy, stressed or low move your focus to what you are grateful for in your life...stay with that feeling for a moment. The things we are grateful for are the things that bring us happiness. YOU can change the way you feel!
